You are welcome to send your own courier with prior arrangement.
We also make use of, and highly recommend, MDS Collivery to deliver our parcels. They have an outstanding track record, and are very reasonably priced.
Your parcel is delivered by hand, directly to your door. The cost of this service varies according to the parcel weight, dimensions and destination, thus has to be quoted for. Please allow up to 2 working days for a quote on all courier parcels.
Other Mail Order Info:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you and provide you with a tracking number. Use this number to follow the progress of your order's delivery.
Our plants are of the highest quality and health, and we take utmost care in packaging your order to ensure all plants sent are received in a impeccable condition. However, the well-being of the plant/s is out of our hands from the minute we hand over the parcel to the courier, and no order that left our nursery in a good condition, will be replaced due to third party damages or losses.
